St. Agni offers returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your purchase meets our high standards of quality and minimalist craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
